He Treated Us Like Family From Day One
I worked directly with Pete Oakes, and I truly can’t say enough good things about him. He is incredibly kind, professional, and has such a friendly, personal demeanor. From the very beginning, he made us feel like family with the way he treated us. Pete worked very hard with our insurance company to make sure they were fair with us and that we received the money needed for our roof. If you’ve ever dealt with State Farm, you know they can be one of the more difficult companies to work with when it comes to exterior home claims. What stood out most is how Pete handled everything. He wasn’t aggressive or rude. Instead, he communicated clearly, respectfully, and stuck to the facts and truth. He even helped guide us on how to communicate effectively with the insurance agent. We had other companies try to help us before, and none of them were successful. Pete truly went above and beyond. We started our claim in February 2026, and by April 2026, we had a brand new roof. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone going through this process.
Easy process

Exceptional service and work
Ryan was extremely professional and really helped me through the entire process. He gave me enough information to ease my concerns but not overwhelm me. The quality of the work was exceptional and what they were able to accomplish in a short period of time is nothing short of impressive. I highly recommend Reese for anyone looking to have restoration work, they replaced my gutters, roof, and windows, and Ryan really advocated for me with the insurance company when necessary. Just great to work with under stressful circumstances.

Chris fought our insurance for months and even recommended a public adjuster because our insurance company was trying to give us the bare minimum. Chris and the public adjuster was able to get everything overturned and we got a new roof and gutters on our home as well as numerous other repairs to restore our farm house. We are so happy with the work and effort put into our home. Thank you Rees Restoration!
Strongly recommended and didn’t disappoint
We were given Chris’s info from our son in law who works with Chris at the firehouse. Chris worked on their property and it went smoothly so we called Jim and we couldn’t have made a better decision. He handled everything with our insurance company and the work was completed in a timely fashion. I would recommend Chris and his guys from Rees Restoration to everyone and anyone I know. Exceptional performance

Storm damage
We had a tree hit our house. Chris came out and was able to help us get our insurance involved. The tree was removed immediately while the storm was still active. Chris made sure to take care of all our concerns, including things that were not on the estimate The insurance provided us. We are happy with the repairs and this is the second time we have used Chris from Rees Restoration.
Great Work on Our Small Project
We had a couple of small issues to address on our roof which made us wonder if a company like Rees would be interested. Shouldn’t have worried - Pete made us feel like our small job was just as important as any big job. Good communication, prompt answers to questions and the crew arrived and completed the work as expected/promised. Will consider Rees again in the future for small or large jobs.
