Jesse came on site during the surveyor visit and caught quite a few things they would have otherwise missed. I appreciate how available he was during this process and how quickly the restoration began. All the soot was removed from walls, ceilings, and vents within days of me first contacting Rees.
New roof
James came out a few times to inspect for us, and helped us through the insurance process. Then Pete guided us through the whole process once we determined we needed a new roof. He was an effective communicator and was able to answer all of our questions/concerns. The roofing crew was super fast, and we had a new roof a day and a half after they started.
Storm Damage Repair
Brad was our contact for a storm damage claim. The claim included both roof and gutter replacements. He was professional and knowledgeable. The full scope of work, with exceptions and options, was discussed before the project started. Workers were competent, efficient, and thorough. The site was cleaned appropriately at the end of each day. In summary, a good experience!
