Above and beyond
We had a flood in our basement which ultimately stemmed from a storm 2 years ago. When the flood hit, we called Rees and Phil an Rick were there within a couple hours. Actions were swift, professional and courteous from there. Not only did they mitigate our basement flood they have also begun leading the charge with our insurance company to remedy the root cause of the problem. This has turned into litigation and a lot of work on all parties but Phil has been with us at every step and has been invaluable in the process. In our opinion there is only one person and company to call when faced with a personal disaster and that is Phil Blazek at Rees Restoration.

Kyle was VERY helpful our insurance agent told me we had no damage and we shouldn't file a claim she is very incompetent and doesn't always tell the truth. Kyle bypassed her and went directly to the claims department then went up with the appraiser and worked with him. We are 70 years old if it hadn't been for Kyle we would never had got the insurance to honor their commitment! He was always on time and very respectful to us and did exactly what he said he would!!!
