Eric Voss was fantastic. Our project was an insurance claim that resulted in a complete roof replacement. Eric has a ton of experience and knows how to advise you. We stepped up to a higher grade shingle than the direct replacement. Eric walked us through the options and helped us make a decision that we are now thrilled with. I bothered Eric with countless questions leading up to the project. He always answered quickly. Our roof took three days, and they were HOT, HOT days!!! Hail damage
Excellent response to call for help and working with my insurance company. Great follow up at all stages of the process to replace the roof and gutters. Crew did great job cleaning up after installation. It has been an outstanding experience working with Greg and the company to resolve the repairs and I would highly recommend them.
Excellent Service
Our neighbor had sustained storm damage to her roof, Jonny Cook from Rees Restoration came out to her house late afternoon saw very quickly the damage and had help on the way. Before Mr. Cook left he asked me if i would like a quick inspection which I agreed to. He found more damage than I had thought there was. Mr. Cook helped me with information how to file with my insurance company. My insurance company set a day and time to make their and Jonny was here before they arrived and inspected (again) with insurance company. Within a weeks' time roof was set to be replaced. The crew used to do repairs arrived on time, worked pretty much non-stop during the day replacing roof on the house, garage, and two out sheds: very professionally done. They even went so far as to protect the plants near the house. I have been recommending Rees to everyone I know, was extremely impressed from start to finish with Rees Restoration and their crew and I will continue to do so. This experience not only restored my roofing need but my faith in a hardworking company. Big Thanks!!!
Easy, seamless roof replacement
Brandon was excellent. He was quick to respond after we called the day following a tornado. He shepherded us through the process with our insurance company, which led to fast approval of our claim and fast installation of our roof.
