Great Experience
We had roof damage from recent storms and even with insurance, it gets a little stressful. My aunt told me they used Rees Renovations Company and were very pleased with not only the high quality work and materials, but also with the professionalism and attention to detail. Well, Johnny Rees showed up the next day at 7 am. and we live close to Morgantown. I was already impressed arriving exactly when he said he would. Johnny inspected the roof, gutters and facia came down and explained the situation so even I could understand. He had pictures of the damage and explained step by step what needed to be done. Johnny even showed us samples of shingles and made recommendations on what he thought would look best on our home, and he was right! Within 10 days our home was not only fixed, but looked 10 X better than it did before the storm. His team had the entire project completed in less than 2 days and it's beautiful. They took great care of our landscaping, bushes, and even completely covered the swimming pool. Very easy to work with
Called James after a storm. Within a couple hours he had guys there patching the roof. James stayed in contact to insurance company to get my roof and repairs taken care of. Very easy to work with and stayed on top of insurance company to get the roofing done quickly. Would easily recommend again.

Excellent service team! After extensive damage to my roof due to hailstorm, Jim completed an assessment and explained the details of the project. The roof would be replaced and new gutters installed. The crew arrived on time daily during the installation and cleaned up nicely. I am extremely happy that it’s no longer raining inside my home.
Experience was like the hug you need after a fire
What a morning! A lightning strike caused a fire to our home. Jesse called me and said he was with his family but was only 10 minutes away so he would come right over. He talked with us while we sat in the driveway of a very hot day, while the firemen were finishing up and boarding company was getting started. He explained all of the things that I needed to do, and reached out to his points of contact even though they weren’t part of his company. Those folks called me right away and we were able to get started immediately with repair. His folks were in the house doing demolition and I came by one evening and was so impressed at how clean the house was during demolition. They had plastic sheeting up sealing the parts if the house that weren’t being demo’d, they had secured all if my wall hangings, china, etc and plastic sheets were over furnature. The floors were cleaned, there was no trash ANYWHERE, and the bathroom that the team was using was clean. There wasn’t even a scrap of debris in a corner. All the light fixtures were carefully places with the bulbs removed, even the insulation in the ouside rock and bushes was cleaned up. Jesse and his team of people and contacts are amazing and all that I met just the kindest people! Thank you for treating us like family during this stressful time!

After discovering a leak in our kitchen drain pipe that caused significant damage, we started working with Jesse McConnell from the Rees restoration team. Within 30 minutes of our first conversation he was at our house assessing the damage and walking us through the stressful process to follow. Chris from the start was on top of the entire process when it came to filing a claim. We were slowed down by a very unresponsive adjuster but Chris continued to communicate with the adjuster and myself and we ended up getting our roof, gutters, and interior all taken care of. The crews that showed up were very hard working and great to deal with. Chris came out to my home on multiple occasions to accommodate me with getting the checks turned over to Rees Restoration. I would recommend Chris and Rees Restoration to anyone of my friends or relatives. A tough process made simple by a great contractor. Chris is the best!!
