It was great working with Ryan. This was my first homeowners claim. I was very naive but Ryan explained the whole process.

Although we’re still early in the process, Jesse has been great to work. He’s knowledgeable about water damage and explained things to me in a way I could understand. He’s honest and doesn’t pull any punches. He’s been very responsive when I reach out to him. Thumbs up!

Beautiful new house
Johnny came to our house with our insurance adjuster. He made it easy and fun to select the roofing, siding, and gutter colors and styles. He was very helpful and informative helping make our decisions easy. We had 3 different teams come out to work on the house and all 3 did a great job with just a few issues that Greg Rees stepped in and took care of. Everyone made this huge project go very smoothly.
New roof and gutters
Brandon Bell was awesome to work with. Very knowledgeable, explains everything very well. He always responds to text’s immediately which I really appreciated. Remove and install new roof
Ryan was very effective and knowledgeable on hail damage. I have State Farm and initially refused my first claim. Ryan pointed out the damage and after a second person review the damage was recognized. Ryan was very professional and courtesy in following thru with the entire installation. Awesome job!

On time and very good work The clean up was very thorough with extra care picking up nails and all small debris Invoicing was exactly as quoted Absolutely NO surprises We couldn't be happier with the people involved

Amazing
We are first time homeowners and this was our first time getting replacement roof/gutters. Brandon Bell made everything super easy for us by explaining what Rees Restoration would do and by providing us with everything I needed to have a stress free claim with my insurance company. (Which was amazing!) He responded right away any time we had a question which we very much appreciated. The guys who actually came out to do the repair were great too.
