Great friendly experience
Jonny noticed that our roof was aging and damaged. After inspecting our roof he walked us through the whole process and gave us our options. After we decided how we wanted to proceed. He gave us our timeline and then gave us continuous updates as the process continued. The roof was completed in a timely manner and looks great.
Total Professionalism
Ryan was on it from day one! We had a vinyl roof replaced on a commercial building. We are out of state so Ryan met with the manager to assess the job then met with us when we visited the location. He was able to begin the job sooner than expected and finished in 2 days as planned. He furnished before, during and after photos for us as requested. The manager was very pleased as there was no interference with the customers and cleaned up everything before leaving. We appreciated Ryan’s professionalism and diligence which helped to relieve our concern of being out of state. We will definitely use Rees Restoration for all our future needs.
Experience with Mike
Mike was extremely helpful through the entire process. He answered all of my questions and I had a new roof on my house within a week of submitting my deposit. When the insurance adjuster came out, Mike sent out the inspector to walk through and point out any discrepancies with our roof to ensure everything was accounted for. Would definitely recommend Rees to friends and family.
Cleaned up and repaired quick.
We had a tree fall on our property. The tree fell across our drive and hit our house. Ryan had the tree removed and completely cleaned up in a couple of days. He also inspected our roof immediately. Ryan made any necessary temporary repairs. We have a new roof and gutters. The repairs were completed in a timely and professional manner.
Exactly what I was looking for
