Rees Roofing - James did an awesome job, he was available for all my questions via text or phone. He explained what would happen and the schedule. The team who put the roof on were wonderful, they did a great job, were very kind, everything was cleaned up so well it was like nothing ever happened. While the roof was being installed, James was around and checked in with me. James went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the work the team completed. I recommend them to everyone!
Roof and Gutters
Overall was a great experience. Cody was quick to respond to any questions through text, email and phone calls. Their roofing team was able to take off the old roof and replace with the new in one day! The clean up was excellent. I didn't find any nails in my yard or any debris. The gutter team came out a few days later and finished in two days. Again, they worked all day long to finish timely. Just a terrific overall service. Would never use another company. Cody was able to work with our adjuster to make sure that we received the best treatment available.

From start to finish Mike B was prompt professional and handled the complete job in a timely manor . Through texts, phone calls and in person our repairs and experience is the best we’ve ever had Also, impressed with the crew wearing Rees uniform shirts as this crew did an outstanding job as well prep work, job completion and cleanup we were very impressed. Perfect experience
A+ from beginning until the end. Jonny Cook showed up less than 18 hours after the tornado damage. He walked us through the process and his communication skills were excellent. Any question we asked, he could answer. Jonny made sure the insurance company was on site several times and he always arrived before they came. We have had very little experience and didn’t know what to expect. Jonny made sure we had a new roof and that all was covered by insurance. The installers worked nonstop and it was a very hot day. Everything was cleaned up and the next day they returned to make sure that nothing was left for us to do. When Jonny said he would show up for us, he did. Sometimes twice in one day. We are more than happy to have your sign in our yard! Thanks again to Jonny and your crew!
Customer satisfaction
My story is long but I won’t go into it I will just say Rees Restoration’s Chris Clark was a god send. He was with me through the whole process. I was having problems getting a estimate for my roof and gutters. When I called them they were right there to help. Chris made multiple trips to my house 1 hour plus back and forth to my house trying to meet up with an insurance adjuster (who would cancel at the last minute or not show). When all that finally got taken care of Chris got me some of the best employees to do the job. They were very reliable and efficient. The job was completed in a timely manner and the employees were easy to work with. I am very happy with the job done and the people I got to meet and work with. I feel Chris went above and beyond what his job requires. I could not have ask for a better group to work with. If Chris treats everyone the way he treated me and my job you have a extremely great employee in him. I hope you guys value your good employees. Thank you Rees for the amazing job on replacing our roof. First of all Chris has been amazing. So attentive, responsive and helpful. The crew showed up about 6:30 am and got to work right away. They laid tarp to help with the cleanup and after a long hot day for them finished the entire roof by 6:00 pm. Our roof looks amazing - thank you!!!!
Very easy to work with
Eric Voss was the person that I work with to restore my home after a tornado, could not have worked with a better person. He made out very easy to work with. Made my stress level decrease a 100 person.

Tornado 23
We had a great experience with Pete and the team from Rees restoration. 2 years ago they replaced our gutters, downspouts and soffits originally and so we wanted to make sure that this time when having the repairs from tornado damage we immediately called to have them come out. Pete was great and explained the whole process and discussed different options and which one would be the most appropriate. It was a great experience and we know that the work was done correctly will definitely call them back should we need anything in the future.
