Exceptional Customer Service
I recently discovered a leak in my basement, where water has been coming in from the outside during rain showers. I was not sure whether it was coming through a window, a crack in the wall, or up through the floor. I called Rees immediately and Jesse and Jonny were quick to respond and come out to assess the situation. They were thorough in their inspection but did not identify any moisture in the walls or mold growing as a result. To ensure that everything dried quickly, they provided me with a dehumidifier and some fans. Jonny offered some ideas for things I could look for on my own, but believed the issue was foundation related, which they do not service. Instead they offered me the names of a couple reputable companies in the area that I should call. While the process was ongoing, Jesse stayed in constant communication with me and assured me that his top priority was keeping my basement dry and making sure I was taken care of. That spot was on my dining room ceiling. We called about quotes and they got the job! It really was that simple. Jim Clements got ahold of our insurance company and worked with them in a quick and efficient manner. He also discovered other damage that needed to be addressed. The roofers did a great job and cleaned up extremely well. Very happy and would highly recommend Rees Restoration.
New house!
Wow, we had new vinyl places on our house and it’s a different place. We worked with Jim Clements out of the Greenwood office and boy was he on it. He continually checked in on our progress and when there was a slight problem, it was taken care of swiftly. We were very happy with the entire project.

Flooded House
We returned from the holidays with a flooded house. We initially contacted another company and were put on a list. In the meantime, we were put in contact with Rees Restoration who came out and immediately began the drying process within 1 day of being contacted. They were quick and efficient and saved us from additional damage if we had had to wait on the other company to come out and assess.

Above and Beyond
Rees went above and beyond on meeting my expectations for my new roof, siding, and gutters. I met with other companies before hiring Rees and they did not come close to the outstanding customer service that I received. Sean Guilfoy was my first point of contact. He explained the process to me and made sure things were taken care of. He was just a phone call away if I had any questions. Brandon Bell, was my estimator and he is awesome! He was friendly and professional. He came to my house and shared examples of siding and shingles. Brandon explained the timeline and kept me informed about the crews and cleanup. I am so impressed by the finished results! I have a brand new house!!! Thank you, Rees, for making this entire process so seamless! I will definitely recommend this company to everyone!
Great and Friendly Service
Jim was awesome through the whole process from start to finish. From helping with filing the claim to finishing the repairs. We had Roof, siding, gutters, and garage door replaced and the house looks amazing and looks like a brand new building after his team finished the work. We even had a few hiccups after repairs and he sent people out immediately to fix the issue and resolved it and I'm happy for the quick response. I will defiantly contact him again for any future projects I have and will recommend him to anyone I know looking to have work done on their house!

Wonderful!! Pete and the Rees Restoration crew provided professional and timely service on my new roof. Pete was extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions from his estimate to the completion of the project. The crew did a great job, worked proficiently, and cleaned up afterward.
