Jonny did an amazing job with our roof. He was there every step of the way to make the process smooth and seamless. He made everything very easy and I would highly recommend him.
Rees restoration went above and beyond on my project. Anytime I had a question they immediately called me back. They handled the claims adjuster and the insurance company. Brad did a great job communicating with me and my wife. I would highly recommend them. They did the roof in one day and all the workers were super courteous and after the job they cleaned up you couldn’t even tell they were there. Again 5 stars.
We recently had our roof and gutters replaced due to storm damage. Darryl Riley was with us from start to finish. He provided 100% customer satisfaction. He was always very polite and professional. Darryl walked us through every step of the process and answered all questions thoroughly. My husband and I highly recommend Darryl and should we need services again we will be sure to request him.
It was a pleasure to work with Pete and Brandon on our project. Pete explained the process and Brandon and his crew completed it. The whole process went as it was explained to us by Pete. We are very satisfied and happy with the way everything turned out. We definitely will use Rees with any future projects.

Wonderful job on my roof however, the project included screen repair here. It is a year later, and i'm waiting. However, I have gotten a lot of I don't recall or I did not catch that for mr bell. My recommendation is that you retain some monies until the project is completed to make sure you're satisfied. Had to go over Mr. Bell's head to his supervisor and am. Hoping we can move on and get this completed. However, I am curious as to why there are no negative reviews. He's as I filed one the other day and it has still not appeared. I've never seen any company without any complaint but mine is missing. It's not so much that they did a bad job as one person just would not pay attention to detail and wants to pass the buck. Looking forward to getting my screen replaced and moving on. Would have been much easier to have just done. So months ago, instead of dragging it out and claiming ignorance he documented concerns.

I contacted Reese a little over a year ago to address damage from a recent tornado. I have been waiting and receiving a multitude of excuses for a screen replacement. I really don't I understand why it's taking as long as it is other than I lack of attention to detail. The roofing job was adequate, except 41 area that does still need to be trimmed off. Was told I didn't catch that several times by the Supervisor or whatever his title is. I contacted the home office last friday and have yet to receive a call back to see if we can get this.I'm taken care of. Was delighted this morning to receive a request for a review as I had not done so to this point. So today is the day When dealing with them, make sure to retain some money so as to maintain accountability for the completion of the project. Please get back with me so we can finish this waiting for your response. Thanks and have a great day!
Exasperating! So I have been waiting for over a year now to get my screens. Why can't I get them?I just want to move on. Can't get any better to return a phone call from the main office Brandon. Typically tells me he doesn't remember . And the office manager has had three days to contact me and has not to this point. I called the main office open Thursday of last week. To try to find out where my screen is and/or have not called me back. It doesn't matter which does it?
Brandon was with us the whole time, which was quite nice. I am 80 years old and appreciated his helpfulness and guidance throughout the process. Brad did the initial inspection and worked with the independent adjuster to get the new roof OKed.. We were pleased with all of the workers; that we very polite and careful around our property. I have already recommended Brandon to someone else in my family. I am impressed how easy Rees made the whole process!!
