Unfortunately Marcia has passed since the work has been done but I am Marcia’s neighbor Tom Sullivan and Chris has now taken care of numerous jobs for me and this one he went above and beyond to make sure Marcia got her money back from ServePro and made sure the job was done correct this time and completed in its entirety. I told Chris that Marcia was so happy before she passed knowing that her home was no longer leaking and the roof was installed correctly. Thank you Chris! This one meant a lot more!
Flooring looks fantastic

Above and beyond
We had a flood in our basement which ultimately stemmed from a storm 2 years ago. When the flood hit, we called Rees and Phil an Rick were there within a couple hours. Actions were swift, professional and courteous from there. Not only did they mitigate our basement flood they have also begun leading the charge with our insurance company to remedy the root cause of the problem. This has turned into litigation and a lot of work on all parties but Phil has been with us at every step and has been invaluable in the process. In our opinion there is only one person and company to call when faced with a personal disaster and that is Phil Blazek at Rees Restoration.
