The entire roof experience was great. Sam and Brandon helped us pick out a new roof color that would complement the new siding and gutters. They were in and out in a day and cleaned up all of the nails and shingles. Sam also helped me through the insurance claim process so it was seamless. Thank you Rees!

Although no relation, a significant storm allowed my mother to get a new roof and gutters installed by Brandon and his team, we called him as he was referred to me by my mother and her neighbor. He handled my project with exceptional professionalism from start to finish. The scope of work included a full roof replacement, new copper gutters, copper flashing, and several custom copper details around our cabin in the woods, which is used as a rental property. The workmanship was outstanding—every detail was executed with precision, and the copper work in particular was done beautifully and with great care. Communication throughout the entire process was clear, timely, and proactive. We were kept informed on scheduling, materials, and progress, which gave us complete confidence while dealing with this project remotely. The crew was respectful of the property, worked efficiently, and left the site clean and well organized. The finished result not only restored the cabin after storm damage but elevated its overall appearance and durability. This was my first time as a homeowner having a roof replaced. Being new at this I had no knowledge or awareness of what to expect. I contacted three Southside roofers to receive an estimate. I was surprised at the cost to replace a roof. This would be a large investment towards my home. I did a lot of research to make sure I chose the right company and person whom I could trust. Phil answered all my questions and took the time to explain how each material would be used and why. Pete came out to inspect a roof leak in my master bedroom and quickly identified the problem. His crew was sent immediately and replaced the leaking section of the roof. I was very satisfied with the results.

GREAT JOB PHIL AND TEAM!
We had a bad water leak from upstairs so needed bathroom remodel, flooring, and painting. Originally reached out to another company that was recommended. Very poor service, could not get any responses despite calling, texting, emailing. So insurance company paired us with REESE. Right away from first call with office, I knew this is the company for us. Phil was fantastic. Not only was he honest and transparent, he was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. During a very stressful situation like we had, communication is very important and he was always there to help. Our job got done today. Not only would I recommend this team, I will use them for any future remodel work!
