A difficult process made easy!
I am a single mother that usually has to take care of everything on my own when it comes to my home but Chris was referred to me by my neighbor George who’s home I told him looked brand new after Chris and Rees were done. Chris came to my home inspected my property and then proceeded to sit down with me in my living room and file the claim same day. He met with my adjuster and provided him with everything he needed so that I could get everything I needed for my home. The adjuster and Chris worked together to get my estimate and then the work was done without any issues at all. There was some wood rot that was torn away by removing old caulking and Chris had Raul come out and meet him and they had it fixed the very next day. I will refer him to who I can considering our entire neighborhood has beautiful new roofs all done by Chris and Rees Restoration. I couldn’t be happier at how great my home looks and how easy Chris made the process.

Brandon was wonderful to work with. He communicated every step of the process. His roofing crew was efficient and so kind. The painters did an amazing job. Cody went above and beyond to help us. We were denied initially for our roof. He fought our insurance for us. I had many questions and he always answered his phone. He put us at ease. We have handed out several of his cards to our friends. Always positive and upbeat. We highly recommend him. Rees team was on time, finished in one day, cleaned up after themselves, and very respectful to my property. We love our new roof.

Brad Rose has been very professional and efficient since the first day I met him. He has followed up with answers to my questions and anticipated our questions. The roofing and siding crew did an excellent job. They cleaned up their work areas after completing both jobs. Both the roof and the siding look good.
