This was my first time as a homeowner having a roof replaced. Being new at this I had no knowledge or awareness of what to expect. I contacted three Southside roofers to receive an estimate. I was surprised at the cost to replace a roof. This would be a large investment towards my home. I did a lot of research to make sure I chose the right company and person whom I could trust. Phil answered all my questions and took the time to explain how each material would be used and why. The plus side in choosing Phil and Rees Restoration was they came in as the lowest estimate of the three. Im very happy with my new roof and I would highly recommend Phil and Rees Restoration.
