A go to restoration company
Our community consists of 7 townhomes that experienced hail damage to a 13 year old roof. Included in this damage were gutters and downspouts. Not knowing where to turn for such a large job, our insurance agency/adjuster recommended Rees Restoration of Greenwood, Indiana, as Rees has experience with large project venues. I was introduced to Rees's job estimator Brandon Bell. Brandon met me at our townhomes in New Albany to review and estimate our material needs and costs. Brandon did not rush this process, but additionally made himself available to discuss the work plan and costs estimates with other THOA board members. After discussing our project, the estimation, which was fair, and reflected substantial cost savings, was submitted to our claims adjuster for approval. After approval is when the challenge came into play. The weather in December of 2023 did not cooperate by providing an acceptable window to install a roof over 7 buildings. However, after watching the weather Rees began and finished the job in 3.5 days. Throughout the installation Brandon made himself available in person and by telephone to address any issues that would come up; none came up. The gutters and downspouts were installed with the same ease of coordination and workmanship as the roof. All-in-all Rees Restoration and Brandon Bell ‘owned” our job from start to finish and I have trust in them to address warranty issues that may arise. I can recommend Rees Restoration and Brandon Bell.
Excellent Work
We had tornado damage (roof and windows) from the storm that went through Center Grice last June. James was on-site within an hour. He had a team already tarping the roof. James was very knowledgeable and helpful, working directly with us and the insurance company. All work was quickly completed and James stayed in touch throughout the process. Rees is an exceptional company, providing excellent customer service. I hope we never have damage like this again, but if we do, I’m calling Rees Restoration - without a doubt.
Going above and beyond
I had quite a few home repairs done. My roof was leaking and I had mold on the roof in the garage. I had estimates from other companies and Chris was the only person to work with me to turn this into the insurance company. It took a lot of time, but he was willing to go the extra mile for me and get it done. One of the most important things to me was be answered every time I called and took the time to answer my questions
Roof Replacement
Jim Clements was great to work with for our roof replacement because of hail damage. While we had several roofing companies contact us, Jim certainly was a step above. He made things easy by facilitating the insurance process, meeting with the adjuster, and making sure the roof was better than before. Wish other home repairs were this easy.
