This is the second time we have used Rees Restoration. The first time was last year and we were referred to your by our old insurance agent. Then when we had a new claim on our rental house, we called Johnny Cook. We already had his contact info and our experience before was so refreshing. He took care of everything and made us feel like family, so when the second claim came up, we already knew we wanted to work with Johnny again. I have over 5,000 customers and I will be referring all of them and all of my family and friends to Rees restoration as long as Johnny Cook is there .
Roof and Gutters
My experience was good, Eric was very helpful. The roofers did a good job and cleaned up their mess. The gutter people left about a dozen screws in the yard and drive way.

The group at Reese did a great job replacing my 26 year old roof. The weather gods were against us but their team did an assessment came up with a plan of attack and got the job done. I would recommend this group highly. Prices are fair they follow up all in all great experience.

Exceeded Expectations
I worked with Jim Clements on a storm damage claim with my insurance company. The insurance company had previously sent out their own adjuster, who pretty minimized the damage and said the repairs would not exceed the deductible. Basically, I was on my own to pay for repairs. I wasn't satisfied with that response, so I contacted Rees Restoration, which assigned Jim Clements to my request. Jim conducted an inspection and told me what I already suspected - the roof needed total replacement. But he added that he also found damage to the gutters and to the siding. He intervened on my behalf with the insurance company. The result was that the insurance company paid to replace the roof, the gutters, and the siding! What a difference Rees and Jim made! As for Jim himself, he always responded quickly to my calls, and he kept me informed throughout the process. Basically, he took care of everything for me. I couldn't ask for more. I hope I never have another storm-related incident to my house. But if I do, I'm calling Rees and I'm requesting Jim as my representative.
