Immediately following a severe storm I reached out to Pete and asked him to check our roof and guttering system for damage. He was prompt to my request and was out to our house on the same day. His immediate attention was extremely thoughtful and professional, as if we were family. His support in navigating the communication and interaction with our insurance company was flawless. Once repairs were agreed upon with insurance, Pete scheduled the job to occur immediately. The slowest part was waiting on insurance, as Pete and the Rees Team were ready to go. We met on multiple occasions leading up to the job in order to answer any of our questions and to show us images of what the house would look like with different color shingles, guttering, and downspouts. His construction teams were professional, timely, and sensitive to the protection of our home during the job, and with the cleanup during and after. Our “new” roof and guttering system looks amazing. We are thankful for Pete and the Rees Restoration Team for supporting our family during this time, and for the high level of accessibility and support that occurred throughout the process.

Review of our new roof
Pete Oakes was our salesperson, and he is very personable and good at his job. He explained everything that we needed. He worked very well with our insurance adjuster. He has the patience of Job as my bank was very slow in getting two checks to Rees Restoration. It was several days maybe close to a month, after the job was complete before the final check came in from our bank. When the job was done the workers cleaned up very well and it was like new. We would definitely use Rees Restoration again .
