Jesse McConnell 's expertise has been exemplary during my unfortunate house fire. He has been a wealth of knowledge; displaying TIMELY hands on experience, and offering advice and support in the restoration process (i.e., pack out of household goods, demolition of interior house, etc.) He follow-up with me on a regular basis, demonstrates patience when explaining the big picture, and has assured me that he will continue to be available to guide me through the process from cradle to grave. I rate his professionalism, time management, and competence a five out of five. I would recommend him to others who may require restoration services. His crew members were also exceptional.
