Last thing you want to worry about after a hail storm rips through your neighborhood is getting your home protected and safe again. Within a blink of an eye Rees was there like a knight in shining armor to save the day!!! From the word go, Brad assisted with walking through the process and it was seamless. Next came the work from the team and they were there for 1 day and knocked it out. We told the workers we had kids & dogs and they swept the grounds with their magnet and Brad even can back and swept the floor with the magnet as well. Means a lot when you take care of the kids and fur babies. All in all this crazy situation was turned into a peaceful situation!!! Thank you Brad and Rees restoration for doing a fantastic job on our roof and gutters!!

Excellence in Service
From the crew of ten folks whom showed up to strip the old roofing, and the installation of the new one it was obvious they knew what they were doing. They covered everything and made sure that the landscaping was protected. The follow on gutter team were also experienced and paid attention to detail. Excellent job. Mr. Brad Rose was superb from the start until the finish. He helped with the insurance claim and explained step by step what would happen. He was on site when the insurance adjuster came to evaluate the damage and helped usher the process along. We are totally satisfied with the finished job and the great experience working with a good company.
Top notch
Rees restoration went above and beyond on my project. Anytime I had a question they immediately called me back. They handled the claims adjuster and the insurance company. Brad did a great job communicating with me and my wife. I would highly recommend them. They did the roof in one day and all the workers were super courteous and after the job they cleaned up you couldn’t even tell they were there. Again 5 stars.
Guys with Integrity
I had a small leak that had damaged my basement ceiling. When the plumber came out to cut a hole in the drywall, there was some mold that had started. I called a few restoration/remediation companies, including Rees. The first company freaked me out indicating that the room was pretty much a hazardous area and everything in the room needed sanitized, carpet gone (which never got wet), all walls repainted, etc. It seemed like overkill and most likely insurance abuse. I work for an insurance company so that doesn’t set well with me. When Brad and Jesse came out, they assessed the situation and explained what needed to be done. And what needed to be done was going to have to be done by my builder, not Rees. So they didn’t push to get business or recommend bogus actions. They know their, very informative. They didn’t get any business from me this time, but they may in the future should I need them given how they handled this situation.

Great job
Brad Rose and Rees did a GREAT, from start to finish. My project was tricky because of location. They were able to line up logistics with materials, employee restroom and labor to a T. Constant communication and rapid response. Coming from construction knowledge, I was hesitate but they did everything exactly as it should be. Luis and his crew were quick, clean and responsive to our needs. I had roughly 40sq of siding done, soffit and hundreds of linear feet of trim done. Overall I give this entire project an A-. Thanks guys for the awesome job.
Exceptional Service!
After a terrific wind and hail storm brought down a lot of trees and limbs in Bloomington this summer, Brad Rose was able to quickly assess the damage and help me file a claim with my insurance company. He was present the day the insurance adjuster came and assessed the damage. In one day the roof was assessed, insurance money was deposited in my account, and Brad was able to email me documents that needed signing to begin working on my roof. I had to be gone for two weeks but was able to schedule the work to be started right after I got back. The crew came on time at 7:00, started working right away to tear off the old roof, installed the new roof, all in 6 hours, with a lunch break in there, too. Did I mention it was over 90 degrees? They did a great job cleaning up, sweeping the grass for nails, etc., and moving everything back into place. Brad came the next day and swept the magnet over the grass again just to make sure there were no more nails. I really appreciated the fact that they covered everything with tarps before they started. All in all, an excellent experience!
Well Done
Brad came out to my residence for an inspection. During the inspection, Brad found storm damage and worked with my insurance company to get the claim filed. Brad was able to get both my roof and siding replaced. This is a rental so I was not on site throughout the project, but Brad kept me in the loop and managed the project from start to finish.
Storm Damage
After having a tree branch fall on my roof & hail damage, I contacted Rees Restoration for help. Brad Rose called me back immediately & stayed on top of the situation. He met with the insurnace man which involved several tries due to the weather. Brad stayed in constant contact with me keeping me informed during the whole process. As I hadn't been feeling well I was not on top of it so it was great to have someone handle things for me. I highly recommend Brad for help in any restoration project.
