The gutters were replaced along with our roof. The insurance company was going to replace a 5’ section. Brandon reviewed the damages and went back to the Insurance company and got all of the gutters and downspouts replaced. Without his extra effort this would have never happened. I would recommend using him for any of your roofing and guttering needs.
I recently had a home inspection that indicated there might be hail damage, and it was holding up the sale of the house. After calling. Rees, Brandon came out same day and did an assessment and concluded that the roof didn’t require any remediation and couldn’t be claimed by insurance. Following this instance, there was other concerns from the buyers that Brandon again took time to walk me through and support the response. He was honest and direct through the whole process and his level of expert knowledge was extremely helpful in helping me get closure to the house sale. Highly recommend Brandon and the whole. We had a leak in our roof from recent storm damage and I knew exactly who to call!! Rees was first thought and Mike B started the process and got Brandon B out to look over the roof. From start to finish both of them were always checking in if we needed anything and inform us on schedule and delivery times. Very knowledgeable, respectful and no bull crap talk just straight to the point!! Was here when the adjuster came out and took care of that situation and I have State Farm insurance and then took care of everything on the back side.. When the roof was being installed Mike was checking in, in person and Brandon still taking care of other residents also with storm damage he was still on a roof checking in on my roof. So thank you, both of you and Rees you have a good group of guys working for your company and that’s hard to find!! You have a lifer so next storm that rolls through I know who to call!!
From the start to finish, Brandon was amazing to work with. He was always prompt to reply and/or answer any questions I had. He always communicated with me through the whole process of getting the new roof, gutters and fixing our chimney. Wonderful job on my roof however, the project included screen repair here. It is a year later, and i'm waiting. However, I have gotten a lot of I don't recall or I did not catch that for mr bell. My recommendation is that you retain some monies until the project is completed to make sure you're satisfied. Had to go over Mr. Bell's head to his supervisor and am. Hoping we can move on and get this completed. However, I am curious as to why there are no negative reviews. He's as I filed one the other day and it has still not appeared. I've never seen any company without any complaint but mine is missing. It's not so much that they did a bad job as one person just would not pay attention to detail and wants to pass the buck. Looking forward to getting my screen replaced and moving on. Would have been much easier to have just done. So months ago, instead of dragging it out and claiming ignorance he documented concerns.
