Last winter in 2024, we sustained a water leak after purchasing our home about 6 months prior. We couldn’t be happier with the roofing job done on our home. The team did an outstanding job installing our specialty shingles, with great attention to detail and top-quality workmanship. The roof looks amazing, and the crew was professional, clean, and on schedule throughout the project. We also want to highlight how great Brandon was during the entire process as this took us almost a year to get shingles delivered due to the shingle we selected and our own delay on trying to pick the right color. Brandon was knowledgeable, responsive, and stayed involved from start to finish, making sure all our questions were answered and everything went smoothly. The communication and follow-through made the whole experience stress-free. We highly recommend Rees Restoration and more specifically Brandon to anyone looking for high-quality roofing work, especially with specialty shingles. How long does it take to get one window screen rep
Wonderful job on my roof however, the project included screen repair here. It is a year later, and i'm waiting. However, I have gotten a lot of I don't recall or I did not catch that for mr bell. My recommendation is that you retain some monies until the project is completed to make sure you're satisfied. Had to go over Mr. Bell's head to his supervisor and am. Hoping we can move on and get this completed. However, I am curious as to why there are no negative reviews. He's as I filed one the other day and it has still not appeared. I've never seen any company without any complaint but mine is missing. It's not so much that they did a bad job as one person just would not pay attention to detail and wants to pass the buck. Looking forward to getting my screen replaced and moving on. Would have been much easier to have just done. So months ago, instead of dragging it out and claiming ignorance he documented concerns.
Hail Damage
Brandon Bell went above and beyond from start to finish. He even helped me through the 5 month run around my insurance company made me go through. Brandon still got the job done before year end. Highly recommend Brandon and Rees!
Awesome Serivce
I reached out to Brandon to have him come look at my roof after State Farm dropped me for Auto Insurance. Brandon informed me that State Farm is not as easy compared to other to work with and upon completion of his inspection, he emailed me photos of the damages and told me it was enough to make a claim. The claims process was rather difficult dealing with State Farm and having them come out multiple times, but the end results are what matter. Not only did I get a new roof, I got new hardie siding, gutters, and interior water stains covered. Best part about it all, I got a new insurance company after!. I can't thank Brandon and the team at Rees Restoration for all their hard work and dedication to sticking with my project and not giving up.
Great Service
After a storm, me neighbor told me about these guys. My first contact was with Ray. After meeting him he sent over a guy named Brandon. Brandon was with me every step of the way and even ended up getting insurance to cover more than original. Can't say enough about how great these two were to work with. Maybe I will listen to my neighbor more often. Excellent work and always in communication. Roof and gutters all done within two day. AMAZING
Gutter Replacement
The gutters were replaced along with our roof. The insurance company was going to replace a 5’ section. Brandon reviewed the damages and went back to the Insurance company and got all of the gutters and downspouts replaced. Without his extra effort this would have never happened. I would recommend using him for any of your roofing and guttering needs.

I recently had a home inspection that indicated there might be hail damage, and it was holding up the sale of the house. After calling. Rees, Brandon came out same day and did an assessment and concluded that the roof didn’t require any remediation and couldn’t be claimed by insurance. Following this instance, there was other concerns from the buyers that Brandon again took time to walk me through and support the response.
