Chris was excellent in handling all the work with with the adjuster and the insurance company so that they covered the entire project. Chris was also great to work with my crazy scedule so the work could be done while I was home. He also worked with the gutter filter company to make sure everything fit well fit the finished job. Very happy with the finished project!
Fought for us!!
We got denied by AllState before anyone in our neighborhood started getting their roofs replaced. We had probably 30 homes in our neighborhood have their roofs replaced by Rees Restoration and Chris and our insurance still denied us once Chris met with them. He fought for over a year to get our claim overturned and was eventually able to get it overturned. The work was great and we are so so happy and our home looks so great. I work with Chris at the firehouse and we talked about him coming out. He came out and was able to get our insurance to cover the work we need done. Our house looks regenerated in a classic home neighborhood in Irvington. We have got so many compliments and couldn’t be happier especially with the Hardie siding and cedar shake on our dormer.

Great Experience
We met with Chris and he inspected our property. He told us we had damage and to go ahead and file a claim. We filed our claim and Chris met with our insurance adjuster and was able to get everything taken care of for us. The whole process was very smooth and all the work was completed very quickly. Best Contractor Experience Ever
the inspection of our home was the best we have ever had detailed photos of roof and gutter damage are proof positive that work was needed Chris took care of all the paperwork including dealing with our insurance company ( we all hate doing that ) our claim was approved and the work was scheduled and the roofers showed up on time did a very nice job ( even though it rained that day ) they stayed and finished the job the clean up after was the best we have seen all the workers were very skilled at their job and friendly they answered all questions we had about the work being done a few days later the gutter crew was scheduled and the experience was the same the work was started and done again the same day the crew was skilled at their job the clean up was very good the workers made some downspout location adjustments for us and our gutters no longer are leaking in the corners the new roof and gutters give our home a much needed update and they improve the look of the house too if you need work on your home we would both say you cant go wrong using REES RESTORATION for your needs they have done work in our neighborhood and we know of not a single issue with the quality of work that has been performed thanks and have yourself a great day
