Great Experience
I initially reached out to Chris Clark on a Sunday morning for an expedited inspection due to a roof leak. Chris was unavailable, so Jonny Cook came out that morning to inspect the roof. It was determined that we had hail and wind damage and needed to have the roof replaced. Jonny and Chris worked directly with our insurance company (helped tremendously that Rees Restoration is a preferred provider with our insurance company) and the roof was replaced. We also had water damage in one of the bedrooms and Rees took care of repairing that as well. Chris and Jonny were both wonderful to work with and kept me informed of all steps along the way.
House looks brand new
I work with Chris at the firehouse and we talked about him coming out. He came out and was able to get our insurance to cover the work we need done. Our house looks regenerated in a classic home neighborhood in Irvington. We have got so many compliments and couldn’t be happier especially with the Hardie siding and cedar shake on our dormer.
Best Contractor Experience Ever
the inspection of our home was the best we have ever had detailed photos of roof and gutter damage are proof positive that work was needed Chris took care of all the paperwork including dealing with our insurance company ( we all hate doing that ) our claim was approved and the work was scheduled and the roofers showed up on time did a very nice job ( even though it rained that day ) they stayed and finished the job the clean up after was the best we have seen all the workers were very skilled at their job and friendly they answered all questions we had about the work being done a few days later the gutter crew was scheduled and the experience was the same the work was started and done again the same day the crew was skilled at their job the clean up was very good the workers made some downspout location adjustments for us and our gutters no longer are leaking in the corners the new roof and gutters give our home a much needed update and they improve the look of the house too if you need work on your home we would both say you cant go wrong using REES RESTORATION for your needs they have done work in our neighborhood and we know of not a single issue with the quality of work that has been performed thanks and have yourself a great day

I was referred to Chris by my insurance agent. He came out to my house, did a complete inspection of the roof and gave me a quick estimate. He was very helpful and it was all taken care of in a timely manner.

Spectacular Work
We called Rees Restoration and immediately was called back by Chris Clark. Without any hesitation Chris told us that he would drive to our home which was a hour and thirty minutes from their office. We had numerous other contractors tell us it was too far or string us along. Chris came out the very next day and we immediately knew we were in good hands. He inspected the damage that we had as well as the estimate that insurance provided for us. Chris knew immediately that we didn’t get what we needed to bring our home back to pre loss condition so he was able to supplement everything with our insurance company and then knocked out the work that was needed to be done. The crews were great and cleaned up after. I would recommend Rees and especially Chris to any of my friends or family. Great company with great employees that care about the homeowner. Thank you Chris and Rees for all that you did for us.

Thank you Rees for the amazing job on replacing our roof. First of all Chris has been amazing. So attentive, responsive and helpful. The crew showed up about 6:30 am and got to work right away. They laid tarp to help with the cleanup and after a long hot day for them finished the entire roof by 6:00 pm. Our roof looks amazing - thank you!!!!
New roof, gutters/downspouts, and window wraps
Chris was absolutely fantastic! Came in and completed all inspections. Worked to get material delivered early. Had his people here as scheduled for the roof the first day gutters and downspouts the next and window wraps followed. Chris worked with the insurance company to make sure roof and gutters were also replaced on our detached barn. Was always in communication with me during the process To answer any and all questions or concerns I had. Even after completion, he stopped in multiple times to check on my home and make sure I was still satisfied with the results. We couldn’t be happier with the efforts Chris and his team displayed for us.
