Excellent Service
Chris was excellent in handling all the work with with the adjuster and the insurance company so that they covered the entire project. Chris was also great to work with my crazy scedule so the work could be done while I was home. He also worked with the gutter filter company to make sure everything fit well fit the finished job. Very happy with the finished project!
Roof tear off and replacment
Rees was easy to work with allowing me to schedule the work date and line it up with my schedule. My house had some original construction issues that Rees corrected and the roof looks great. Pat

We met with Chris and he inspected our property. He told us we had damage and to go ahead and file a claim. We filed our claim and Chris met with our insurance adjuster and was able to get everything taken care of for us. The whole process was very smooth and all the work was completed very quickly. I was referred to Chris by my insurance agent. He came out to my house, did a complete inspection of the roof and gave me a quick estimate. He was very helpful and it was all taken care of in a timely manner.
Great Experience
I initially reached out to Chris Clark on a Sunday morning for an expedited inspection due to a roof leak. Chris was unavailable, so Jonny Cook came out that morning to inspect the roof. It was determined that we had hail and wind damage and needed to have the roof replaced. Jonny and Chris worked directly with our insurance company (helped tremendously that Rees Restoration is a preferred provider with our insurance company) and the roof was replaced. We also had water damage in one of the bedrooms and Rees took care of repairing that as well. Chris and Jonny were both wonderful to work with and kept me informed of all steps along the way.
Insurance claim review
We met Chris through Jim our neighbor who’s roof he was working on. We were able to get our insurance involved and Chris met with them for us. All work was completed in a quality manner. There were a few hiccups along the way but Chris and Scott Whitlock made all things right. Our home looks new thanks to Rees Restoration.
Hardie board siding
Chris really made sure that I was happy with the end product and he communicated every step of the process with me. Chris was professional and extremely helpful throughout the process. I appreciated the effort he made to ensure that I got what I wanted.
Home exterior work
Chris was able to give us a quote on our exterior siding, gutters, and soffit. We expected the quote and the work was done in a couple weeks with the only delay being the material. Home looks great and we are satisfied.

Thank you Rees for the amazing job on replacing our roof. First of all Chris has been amazing. So attentive, responsive and helpful. The crew showed up about 6:30 am and got to work right away. They laid tarp to help with the cleanup and after a long hot day for them finished the entire roof by 6:00 pm. Our roof looks amazing - thank you!!!!
