I needed my back door replaced. I called Rees and they had Phil Blazek contact me regarding the project. Phil contacted me promptly and came out the next day. He returned my proposal as promised and handled communication and construction smoothly. I had a small issue with the door itself, but Phil engaged and handled that as well. 5 stars is not enough, and if need be I will definitely use Phil and Rees again in the future.

My experience with Rees was effortless. I contacted them by phone and a brief time later was contacted by Phil Blazek. He was out the very next day and provided me with a quote to do the project needed. Phil even pointed out to me an issue I didn't know I had and easily and efficiently incorporated the repair into the project. I felt confident in Phil's integrity from the first meeting. I signed the contract and away they went. The project was completed superbly faster than I could have ever asked for. I will definitely be using Phil and Rees for any projects in the future.

We were referred to Phil Blazek by a colleague who had done a multitude of projects with Phil in the past. From our first meeting we understood why he came so highly reccomended. His knowledge of Hardie siding, Roofing and proper flashing techniques made us feel very confident. The project was scheduled and managed exceptionally including a couple issues that needed resolution, but Phil was right there when we needed him. We will definitely utilize Phil Blazek and Rees in the future and will refer Phil to everyone we know.

Rees sent our Phil Blazek to look at 3 windows and a door that we wanted to replace. He was knowledgeable and very helpful. We elected to hold off on the door for now but the window process was easy, the crew was great and the results are just what we were looking for. Highly recommend and will use in the future.

What a great job Phil and his crew did on our commercial roof. I was nervous and upset with the task of dealing with my insurance company and getting multiple bids. Phil came in and took care of everything and made it easy. I just love him for it and will definitely call with any construction needs in the future. My apartments are safe and secure with a new TPO roof thanks to Phil and his guys.
Swift and professional
We had a recent flood in our basement we reached out to several companies but Phil Blazek was the first to respond before 7 am. After the initial conversation we knew he was the man for the job. He mobilized three different crews to get the water out of our basement, demoliton complete and 2 pumps replaced. Phil worked with our insurance company on our behalf and the entire process went great. I would highly recommend Phil for any construction needs and will use again if the need arises.

I met Phil Blazek through a builder friend of mine. He made the process of replacing our roof and siding easy. We signed the contract and finalized our selections for colors and Phil handled the rest. In less than a week the entire project was scheduled and they completed the project in 3 days and cleanup was as if they were never here. I asked Phil if he owned Rees as he personally came after the crews and cleaned up. I was surprised when he said no, the care and personal touch he gave to us was as if he was the owner.
