Ray recommended we get our roof checked as we knew him and he knew our area was affected. He was terrific from the initial assessment throughout the project. Ray was patient when I took a while to choose colors. Communicated every step of the way. Responsive immediately when I pointed out the skylights needed trim. Eric Voss and Ray Crawford were excellent to work with . Came out promptly and took care of everything . Easy process as we didn’t have to do much . They dealt with the insurance company and found things that were missed by the adjuster and wrote a supplement to get them covered. We couldn’t be happier. We are customers for life.

After a major storm my roof was leaking. Rees wasn’t my first call but they will be moving forward. From the first call, Ray came to my home carefully assessed the damage to my home. Then, took the time to help in understanding the confusing insurance procedures. From there he pretty much handled everything that one could expect a contractor to handle all while answering the thousands of questions I had. Keeping me and my wife involved every step of the way. Ray treated my home and family as if they were his own. Rees has a real gem in Ray and if they have more like him they should be in business for a long time.

I made a claim online through my insurance company for storm damage. I accidently selected a contractor without reviewing first. My adjuster called me within seconds stating he recommends Rees Restoration! Brandon came out to assess with the adjuster. Within a week. Ray reached out and stopped by with the shingle examples. Whether it was 9am or 9pm they are very responsive and great customer service with any question I had. I went out for a few hours the day of the roof install, came back within 8 hours the job was done. The team was very fast and did quality work. I thought I was not going to be able to find my exterior house color I wanted. They matched it perfectly with the picture. Also, painted my shed to match. I love my new gutters. They saved the old ones so I can use for gardening. They also clean up very well after a job is complete. I highly recommand this team to anyone!
Very Professional
We had hail damage to our roof and gutters. Ray did a great job of getting the job scheduled quick and efficient! When the work was performed Ray even stayed throughout the day to make sure everything went as planned! The crew was very professional that did the work and made sure that all trash and scraps were cleaned up! We love our new roof and gutters and will definitely recommend Rees to others.
