We can’t thank Rick and his team enough . The service was fast, of high quality, and the team was very communicative throughout the process. We appreciated the prompt response and efficient handling of storm damage, along with clear and consistent updates. We expected work to take longer times due to the amount of others in the same situation as us, but Rick and his team exceeded our expectations. I don’t wish storm damage again but I will always choose Rick and his team should we ever been in need again! They did tree cutting and removal, remounted the power weather-head to the house, installed new roofing & and replaced sheaths as needed on both the house and garage (they got them done in under 8 hours!!!!) , and installed new gutters. Prompt water remediation
Rick Rupert and his crew of Jessee and Luke got to our home within 2 hours of our evening call. A damaged outdoor faucet had leaked substantial water into 3 of our downstairs rooms. They quickly got the standing water off our new floor and carpet. They set up 3 dehumidifiers and 10 giant fans. Their quick reaction saved us from major damage to our home. Friendly, very communicative and professional team.
Excellent service on my roof
We were extremely pleased with the team doing our roof. Rick was kind and patient. He walked us through the process step by step answering every question. The guys that actually put the roof on the house did an excellent job. They even painted the ugly silver pipes to match the roof. They cleaned up our yard. It looked better than before they started. When I called the office to ask a question the manager I spoke with was also very kind and professional. We were very pleased with the service we received and would recommend this company to anyone needing a roof.

Bridgemor Village Clubhouse Dry-Out
Considering the situation, the experience with Rees Restoration was excellent. Thank you! We found the flooded clubhouse on a Friday early evening. As soon as we called Rees, everyone there was very reactive to our needs and on-site ready to start quickly. The crew members were very professional and stayed and worked into the night to mitigate any further damage to the building and its contents. Also, all furniture and other items were handled with care and returned to the original location within the building once the dry-out process was completed.

Location: Howard County roof and siding were 5 star. Pella windows were 5 star, but lowered to 4 star because 3-4 month delay in resolving delivery damage.
