The overall experience was great from start to finish. We had constant communication with our contractor. He walked us through the process and answered all our questions. The crew did a great job and thoroughly cleaned once it was completed.
Two roofs done! Great service!
It had been awhile since I had replaced a roof. We had some hail damage on the south side and saw Ryan working in the neighborhood. He was very straightforward and patient with me through the process on my home. My daughter’s house a mile away also had hail damage, and I like Ryan Clark so much, I said let’s do them both now. Happy with the results and the speed they did both projects.

After hit by straight line winds I called Ryan to get my window replaced. Ryan came and found all kinds of damage I hadn’t looked for. He not only oversaw the jobs done—which were done very well—he handled all the work with the insurance company. I couldn’t be more pleased to not have to deal with the insurance paperwork, the discussions with the agents, and the record keeping of the checks coming in and the checks still to be received. Ryan was exceptional at his communication so I always knew what was happening and what was yet to come. So instead of a new picture window installed, I now have a new outside of my home thanks to Ryan Clark. Rees will always be my first call when needed and I have and will continue to recommend you.

Ryan Clark did two houses for us for hail damage. He came to the house and helped us with options, easy to work with. He was easy to get in touch with, no problems with communication. The crew did a good job with clean up, no hassles. Overall a very good experience.

Excellent Service
First of all, I want to start off by saying Ryan Clark is a man of his word. My daughter, Kendra and I called other places to look at our roof and gutters. We were told they would be out. Well, they were a no show nor did they call. I called them and was given a sob story. My neighbor's, Ronnie and Ruthanne Sparks had their roof done by Rees and had all good things to say! Thanks for the recommendation. I called Rees and Ryan Clark called right back and came right out. He was very informative and explained all to us. I told him that I am a person who ask a lot of questions and I like updates and pretty much I want to be kept in the loop on everything. If you are that way then Ryan Clark is your man. He was there every step of the way. Most places when their workers are done they are done. Rees's workers cleaned all up! Ryan came out to see how we liked it and to make sure all is well. Now, that some customer service. Ryan explained all the details and was very patient and we didn't feel like he was trying to rush through. I'm in my late 80's and I can say that I have had many workers in my house that I have lived in for 61 yrs.
