Sam Gorall has been the most hardworking, patient, and understanding employee from Rees Restoration that I have had the pleasure of working with while I got a new roof, gutters, and some other work done on my home. He took a lot of time to talk me through various processes, what would be involved, and what to expect along the way as we continued. Whenever I had any concerns or issues arise, Sam was always readily available and resolved everything. He is very reassuring and involved in your care! I was referred to Rees Restoration through an exterminator. My original problem was a bird infestation in my soffits. After meeting with Sam we discovered that a new roof, gutters, and siding on 2 sides of my house needed replacement. The roof was replaced within the first week of our initial meeting. Although the work was subcontracted I am very happy with the end result and the crew clean up. The siding had to be ordered, so there was a 3 week wait. When the siding arrived another subcontracted crew completed the work in a day. I was happy with the quality of the work and clean up, however the crew left my gate open and my dog was gone for 3 days. The gutter installation also was completed in a day. Sam had suggested going with a colored gutter to match the roof, I did this and I am very pleased with the result, my gutters match the roof, front door and shutters. Rees Restoration worked with my insurance company perfectly,and I will be using them again whenever I need a contractor!
Great Results and Amazing Communication
I loved the results and the experience working with Sam and would recommend him to anyone. We are going through many hardships, and he not only produced a team that gave amazing results, but he also listened and had empathy on what we truly needed. The onsite staff were very kind and respectful and as a woman I felt very comfortable around them. Our House is like new!
The new James Hardie siding on the house looks great! We selected the Board and Batten and working with Sam and the team at Rees, everyone was very diligent about the layout and the new soffits. After paint and gutters, our 50 year old house looks new and is more solid than ever. TY Sam and Rees!

Excellent Roofing Experience!
The entire roof experience was great. Sam and Brandon helped us pick out a new roof color that would complement the new siding and gutters. They were in and out in a day and cleaned up all of the nails and shingles. Sam also helped me through the insurance claim process so it was seamless. Thank you Rees!
