Pete was prompt and thorough with damage assessment, taking pictures and working with the insurance evaluator. He arranged for tarp cover right after the obstruction was cleared so we didn't get additional damage due to rain. He ensured all work estimate got approved by insurance. Overall, we are happy with the work done and the service provided.
Very pleased
I needed my back door replaced. I called Rees and they had Phil Blazek contact me regarding the project. Phil contacted me promptly and came out the next day. He returned my proposal as promised and handled communication and construction smoothly. I had a small issue with the door itself, but Phil engaged and handled that as well. 5 stars is not enough, and if need be I will definitely use Phil and Rees again in the future.
Swift and professional
We had a recent flood in our basement we reached out to several companies but Phil Blazek was the first to respond before 7 am. After the initial conversation we knew he was the man for the job. He mobilized three different crews to get the water out of our basement, demoliton complete and 2 pumps replaced. Phil worked with our insurance company on our behalf and the entire process went great. I would highly recommend Phil for any construction needs and will use again if the need arises.
Great to work with
In a house with dormers complicating roofing, Pete listened when I asked to include in the bid specific details like baffles in area of blown insulation, other ventilation trouble areas, flashing/kick outs with new trim board in areas where it wasn't done already, roofing sheathing adjustments due to gaps, and gutter guards only in hard to clean areas. The roof installers worked quickly, efficiently, and cleaned up well. When I had questions about some minor areas, Pete was very receptive and thoughtful. We were able navigate some finishing details without problem. The house looks great, and I am confident in a good installation. Pete specifically was great to work with. Thanks Pete!

I recently purchased my very first home. My realtor asked Pete Oakes to go out and inspect the roof. Pete determined that the roof needed to be replaced, immediately! He gave us all the documentation that we needed to negotiate with the current homeowner. It was PERFECT! The original homeowner agreed that the roof needed to be replaced. Rees Restoration's crew installed my new roof within days of closing. I could not have asked for a better experience with Pete, the roofers and Rees Restoration. Christian was fantastic to work with. He helped me navigate insurance and worked with the crews to get roofing, gutters, and siding all replaced. I also had them do some additional work that wasn’t covered under insurance and they were willing to put that in so I could just have people at my house one time. :-) Thank you!
Long household
I was referred to Rees Restoration through an exterminator. My original problem was a bird infestation in my soffits. After meeting with Sam we discovered that a new roof, gutters, and siding on 2 sides of my house needed replacement. The roof was replaced within the first week of our initial meeting. Although the work was subcontracted I am very happy with the end result and the crew clean up. The siding had to be ordered, so there was a 3 week wait. When the siding arrived another subcontracted crew completed the work in a day. I was happy with the quality of the work and clean up, however the crew left my gate open and my dog was gone for 3 days. The gutter installation also was completed in a day. Sam had suggested going with a colored gutter to match the roof, I did this and I am very pleased with the result, my gutters match the roof, front door and shutters. Rees Restoration worked with my insurance company perfectly,and I will be using them again whenever I need a contractor!
Amazing Experience
I worked with Phil Blazek on a recent door and window replacement project on my home. From the first visit I knew he was the right person for the job. Phil spent the time to understand what was important to me and worked with me to get the products, colors and installation I wanted. Phil and his team did a great job, the workers on the job did a great job with a smile n their faces and my house was treated with respect.

Pete was great to work with. He answered all of our questions prior to us committing to using them for our roof. He was quick about getting out to look at our damage and quick to dispute with our insurance company. They got out and got the job done within a short timeframe. The whole process was easy with Pete’s help, from start to finish. The end result is a beautifully done roof!
Storm damage
