Chris was in our neighborhood where I own two rentals. He met me in one of the yard’s while I was cutting grass. He asked me to look at my roof. I allowed him to check the roof and told him about my other rental on the court so he could inspect that one as well. He told me I had storm damage and helped me file a claim with State Farm.
