Great Experience
I initially reached out to Chris Clark on a Sunday morning for an expedited inspection due to a roof leak. Chris was unavailable, so Jonny Cook came out that morning to inspect the roof. It was determined that we had hail and wind damage and needed to have the roof replaced. Jonny and Chris worked directly with our insurance company (helped tremendously that Rees Restoration is a preferred provider with our insurance company) and the roof was replaced. We also had water damage in one of the bedrooms and Rees took care of repairing that as well. Chris and Jonny were both wonderful to work with and kept me informed of all steps along the way.

I came across an ad from Rees online that said I could have had hail damage to our house. So I contacted Rees and immediately got a letter stating all the dates our property could have had hail damage. From then on Rees dealt with our insurance company in a seamless transaction! Our roof and gutters were installed within weeks and it was the easiest process! Our house looks awesome and I’m so glad we went with Rees!
Great service and job
Rees Restoration did a great job replacing my soffits and wrapping the facia boards on my home. They turned the job around quick even with all the storm damage in the Johnson County area over the past few months. I was expecting it be closer to the end of the year before anyone could get the work done but they had a crew out within a week of accepting their bid. Eric and his crew did a great job. Would definitely recommend.
Don’t Use Anyone Else
When we experienced a flood in our basement, I called Rees Restoration. I was connected with Jesse and he came to our home immediately. He explained exactly what we needed to do and how they could go about helping us. He left briefly to get all the drying equipment (30+ units) and a couple very courteous workers to start the process. Jesse was there when I had insurance questions that evening and even came over to talk with the adjuster the next morning. The clean up crew did a phenomenal job also (courteous, thorough and knowledgeable).

Gutters and roof replacement
Customer service was awesome. Eric was awesome very helpful with everything very knowledgeable about the roof and gutter systems. Would definitely use them again in the future. Recommended them to my parents and they are having a roof installed too. Every time I hear somebody say they need a roof estimate I always tell them Reese. And also I work a different shift and Eric worked around that too help me. Thank you guys for being very flexible with the schedule.
Roof installation
I am very pleased with my Rees experience. The installers completed the job in one day. A second team came and installed our new gutters a few days later. Both groups left our property clean and free of debris. Jim Clements did an excellent job of communicating with us and our insurance adjuster. I would recommend Rees for your roofing needs.
New roof
I contacted Rees Restoration and they came out the same day. Johnny Cook did an excellent job! He informed me of what the damage from the storm had caused to my roof. I had exposed wood which would have leaked had he not put some tarp down. He worked with my insurance company getting them photos, walked on the roof with them. Everything was done quickly and efficiently! So happy that I chose a great reputable company! I highly recommend Rees Restoration and Johnny Cook!

Thorough Repairs and High Quality
I wasn’t really sure what to do when my house was damaged in a severe storm but Rees and Jim guides me through the process with care and understanding the whole time. Jim even came to help me when my basement flooded from an unrelated incident. I appreciate the work everyone did to help fix my house.
