Sets the Expectation
We had shingles missing from our roof and had no idea the previous homeowners double shingled. We had many roofers evaluate our rook and only James came with a plan. James walked me through the process and personally came to meet with the adjuster. The time from our first meeting to a new roof was incredible. James stated the new roof and gutters would be on in a day and it was, even adding ridge vents. I was really impressed with the crew, they were thoughtful, considerate, and protected our property. James was particularly concerned with the large, all glass, solarium on the back of the house and personally came on the day of installation to insure it was properly protected (which it was). It was amazing to see how hard it was to pull off the old and install the new but Reese Restoration got the job done. Communication and Coordination was superior to my experience with most vendors and James called after the job and a few weeks later to check everything was up to expectations. Excellent Service and Communication
I talked with James several times during the process of my roof repair. He was quick to respond to any questions. I told him how I was worried about nails around the work site. He said his team prided themselves on cleanliness...and he ABSOLUTELY did! Not a scrap or nail was left at the house. His team was efficient and the project was completely in a timely manner. During. the initial process, he showed me various colors, helped make suggestions based on the market and colors in the brick. Overall a very pleasant experience! Roof repair and master bedroom repaie
We had a leak in our roof from hail and windstorms. We had significant damage to our master bedroom due to the leak. We worked with Chris Clark, from start to finish. Chris made the process easy and took great care of us. We now have a great looking roof with no leak and a master bedroom back better than what we had before. Chris was a rockstar along with the entire team from Rees that fixed our house. I highly recommend working with Chris Clark and Rees with all of your restoration needs. These guys were great! They were recommended by my insurance company and honestly it went so well I questioned if I was being punk’d. Johnny met with my insurance adjuster and worked with him to get my exterior taken care of. Then Mike worked closely with me walking me through, scheduling, and communicating. We ran into a bump after the siding with an outdoor outlet that they worked diligently to correct. The roofers were done in a morning. Felicio and his crew were friendly and quick with residing my house. And honestly I missed the gutters crew. We’ve had many compliments on the work!
