Excellent Service
I want to express my gratitude to Rees Restoration for the excellent service I received in having a new roof installed due to storm damage. On the same day I called they sent a their representative, Pete Oakes. I felt very comfortable Pete, he explained the process of what needed to be done starting with an inspection and filing a claim with my insurance company. He was very knowledgeable and listened to my questions and concerns. He explained the whole process of the installation from start to finish. His crew arrived on time that day, they were all so friendly,polite and efficient. They did a great job and cleaned up the yard as they went leaving no debris. I will most most certainly recommend this company to my family and friends and anyone in need of their service. I especially want to thank Pete as he was outstanding through out the whole process and I am so grateful!
Great, smooth, experience . AGAIN!
This is our second time doing business with Rees, and yet again everything went great! Our POC was Jonny Cook. He was great person all around. He was quick to come and check our property structures. He showed up on time every time, quick to respond calls/messages. He took care of us more than we even expected when we first contacted him! Grrat Were so thankful for everything and all the effort he put into get our home huge improvements. Now all the work is done, our home looks amazing!! Great job once again, Rees!
Jim to the Rescue!
I had hail damage and a horrible leak, so I called Rees and Jim was assigned to me. He came out immediately to patch my roof and stop the leak. Then Jim worked closely with me throughout the entire process and within in no time I was able to get a new roof! The service Jim provided was white glove and he made the process painless! Thank you Rees and thank you Jim!

Storm Insurance Claim
I couldn’t be happier with our experience of roof, gutter, window and garage door replacement from Rees Restoration and it’s thanks to the great service and guidance of Brandon Bell. We had storm damage and had to file an insurance claim for the first time in over 30 years. I had no idea how to get through the process but thankfully I had Brandon, he walked me through the entire process. We had the the best service, knowledge and expertise from Brandon. From start to finish Brandon was always available to answer our questions, on site to deal directly with the contractors and the insurance adjuster. Everything’s looks great and the entire process was quick with no stress on us at all. Brandon guided me through every detail step by step and my neighbor was as impressed as we were with the friendly, timely and efficient roofers, gutter installers, garage door installation and window replacement. There was no mess and no fuss which I loved but what impressed me the most was when Brandon notified me the job would be done there were no delays, the contractors arrived exactly on time and were so efficient we
Headache Free Experience!
The quality of a roof and it being properly installed is obviously important, that doesn't really need to be stated, but our roof looks great and everything checked out after the first downpour after it was installed. We had a leaky roof prior, that gave me nothing but headaches, and the new roof with the water and ice shield has provided such a sense of relief for me! The crew got here early, kept the area clean while working and cleaned up everything afterwards, all in one day. Paint touch-ups were required on our gutters from their ladders, which was to be expected, but it was all taken care of immediately and with assurance that they would come back and fix any and all issues until it was completed to my expectations, should anything else arise. All of that being said, Pete Oakes did a fantastic job from day one at keeping me informed, coming by and checking things out, answering questions and emails in a very timely manner, all while being incredibly kind and personable. Highly recommend contacting Pete at Rees Restoration! We needed a new roof but didn't know where to start. Our neighbors needed a new roof last year and Pete took good care of them. He did not disappoint; he took great care of us too. He made the process quick and easy. He helped me understand the necessary details to make the best decisions for our home. He was always kind, always responsive, we couldn't have asked for a better person to help us with this process than Pete. No high-pressure sales tactics, he just presented the information and answered questions very patiently without being condescending and let me make the decision. Rees may not be the cheapest option, but they are the best, they take care of their employees and it shows. Happy employees do a better job. The crew was fantastic, they were early, well organized, polite, and clean. Our roof looks great. Excellent work!
Great Experience
Eric Voss exceeded my expectation. The crew were hard workers. Came right out. Got it down in a day. I was really impressed with the. Eric got out here asap after making them initial phone call to Rees Restoration. After signing the contract the work was completed days later. We had siding done as well.
