When you are upset because you know you are about to payout a lot of money. You need that one person to come by that is just not there to collect your money and run. Jesse showed up and was very encouraging about the water damage. What I mean by that, is that he let me know what was going on and that what I had already done before he got there was good. And let me know that the service was really needed and I could not have resolved it myself. That is always good to know that you are not about to waste money. He explained everything in detail and let us know why we needed what he was going to use. He is super friendly and made us feel like friends of his and not just some person he is doing some work for. So this made it feel better over all to be able to talk to him and not feel like he is going to drain us for every cent he could get. He even made sure his equipment would not interfere with me using the Basement as it worked to resolve my issue. Also, watched the power it was pulling and moved some of the plugs up stairs so it would not cause an issue. I give a 10 out of 10 and would 100% use them
Roof replacement
I want to thank Pete Oakes for the excellent service he rendered to us throughout the entire process, from the initial assessment until the roofing job was complete. He answered every questions we had and assured that the job would be done quickly and professionally. The roofing crew worked quickly, and the job was completed in less than a day, and we are pleased with their work.

Great service and communication
Pete was great! Worked with our insurance so we didn't have to. Even got new new gutters for us. Great communication, on time and kept us informed on status of claim. Roofers were on time, hard workers and did a great job cleaning up. Would highly recommend! Thanks for everything .
Roof Replacement
We had hail damage on our roof. Jim Clements was able to help with our claims adjuster and show them areas of damage. They were willing to help when needed and come back to fix a few small issues after roof was installed. Thanks Jim!

We are still very early in the process, but Jesse has been absolutely amazing to work with. He has been very informative and taken away many of the "unknowns" for us in this stressful situation. He is a very strong client advocate and has done everything he can to make the process as quick and easy as possible for us. I am confident we made the right decision choosing Rees for this restoration process-I am sure I will have many more positive things to say when we get to the end of this journey- to be continued!
